1. Definitions

• "We / Us / Our" refers to Wristforge, operating from 134 U Thong Road, Pratu Chai, Ayutthaya 13000, Thailand.
• "You / User" refers to any individual accessing our website or engaging our services.
• "Service" refers to the watch repair, mechanical overhaul, and restoration work described on our website.
• "Agreement" refers to these Terms and Conditions and any related service confirmation.
• "Content" refers to all text, images, and materials published on our website.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or engaging our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our website or services.

3. Service Description

Wristforge offers the following services from our workshop in Ayutthaya, Thailand:

• Light Service & Polish (฿3,600): External cleaning, polishing, and a basic functional check for watches in fair working condition.
• Mechanical Overhaul (฿16,000): Full movement disassembly, cleaning, lubrication, and regulation for mechanical timepieces.
• Restoration & Resealing Package (฿32,000): Comprehensive restoration covering movement overhaul, case refinishing, crystal renewal, and water-resistance resealing.

Service availability is subject to our workshop capacity. We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion, with any deposit refunded in full in that event.

4. User Responsibilities

When engaging our services or using our website, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about yourself and the watch submitted for service.
• Disclose any known issues, prior repairs, or unusual conditions affecting the timepiece.
• Collect your watch within 30 days of being notified that the service is complete.
• Refrain from using our website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.
• Not attempt to copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit content from our website without written permission.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, photography, illustrations, logos, and design elements — belongs to Wristforge or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view the website for personal purposes only.

Reproducing, modifying, distributing, or using any website content for commercial purposes without prior written consent is not permitted.

6. Payment Terms

• All prices are listed in Thai Baht (฿) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• A deposit may be required before work commences, the amount of which will be confirmed in writing before your watch is accepted.
• Full payment is due upon collection of your timepiece.
• Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.
• If additional work is identified during a service that exceeds the original scope, we will contact you for approval before proceeding.
• Watches not collected within 60 days of completion notice may attract a storage fee.

7. Service-Specific Terms

Enquiry & Assessment

All service requests begin with an assessment of the timepiece. Findings are shared with the owner, and no work proceeds without agreement on the scope and pricing.

Parts & Components

Where replacement parts are required, we will source appropriate components and discuss this with you before proceeding. Original manufacturer parts are used where available; compatible alternatives may be suggested where they are not.

Completion Timeframes

Estimated completion times are provided as a guide only. Complex restorations or parts sourcing may extend timelines. We will keep you informed of any significant changes.

Service Records

For the Mechanical Overhaul and Restoration & Resealing Package, a written record of all work performed is provided upon collection.

8. Disclaimers

Our services and website content are provided in good faith, but we make no representations or warranties about the suitability of any particular service for any particular watch.

The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be free from errors or interruptions.

Nothing on this website constitutes professional horological advice for specific pieces beyond what is discussed directly with you as part of a service engagement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use of a timepiece or sentimental loss.

Events beyond our reasonable control — including natural disasters, supply disruptions, or unforeseen technical complications with a particular movement — may affect our ability to complete services within estimated timeframes without constituting a breach of these Terms.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Wristforge harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our website, or inaccurate information you provided in connection with a service request.

11. Termination

Either party may withdraw from a service arrangement before work commences, with written notice. Where a deposit has been paid and no work has begun, it will be refunded within 14 business days.

Once work has commenced, cancellation is subject to the costs incurred to that point. We will provide an itemised account of those costs upon request.

12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us directly in the first instance so that we can work toward a fair resolution.

If a resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, Thailand.

13. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with any service confirmation, constitute the full agreement between you and Wristforge regarding the relevant service.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
• Waiver: Failure by either party to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
• Assignment: You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to a third party without our written consent.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. The revised date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent update. Continued use of our website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
