Your Watch Deserves Careful Hands

If your watch is cosmetically sound and running but just looking dull, the Light Service is usually sufficient. If it has not been serviced in five or more years, or is losing time noticeably, a Mechanical Overhaul would suit it better. For pieces with case wear and water exposure, the full Restoration package covers everything. If you are uncertain, a basic assessment will point you in the right direction with no commitment needed.

A Light Service generally takes two to four working days. A Mechanical Overhaul runs five to ten working days depending on parts availability. The full Restoration package can take two to four weeks, particularly if case refinishing requires sourcing specific materials. We will give you a realistic timeline at drop-off, not an optimistic one.

We handle most Swiss and Japanese mechanical movements — ETA, Miyota, Seiko calibers, and many vintage movements among them. We are straightforward about our scope: if a piece requires factory tooling or manufacturer-only parts, we will tell you rather than attempt work we cannot complete to a standard we are comfortable with.

The stated prices cover the labour and standard service materials. If a specific part needs replacing — a worn mainspring, a damaged crystal, a degraded gasket — we will show you the item and its cost before fitting it. Nothing is added without your agreement.

We stop and contact you. You receive a clear explanation of what was found, what addressing it would involve, and the associated cost. Proceeding is entirely your choice — we reassemble and return the watch in its current state if you prefer to leave it as is.
