Who We Are
A Workshop Built on Patience
Wristforge opened its doors on U Thong Road in Ayutthaya after years of servicing watches on a small bench in a private room. The move to a proper workshop space was a deliberate one — not to chase volume, but to create a place where a watch could be worked on without shortcuts.
The workshop handles mechanical movements personally. Every disassembly, every cleaning, every reassembly — done by the same hands that received the piece. That is not common at this price point, and it matters in ways that become clear when you get the watch back.
We work with owners of all kinds of timepieces — inherited pieces that have not run in a decade, daily wearers that just need a refresh, and special watches that deserve more than a generic service. Each receives the same attention to detail, the same plain-language explanation, and the same written record of what was done.

Standards
How We Maintain Workshop Quality
Ultrasonic Cleaning
All movement parts are cleaned using an ultrasonic bath before reassembly — removing old lubricant and debris that manual cleaning cannot reach.
Timing Machine Testing
After regulation, movements are measured on a timing machine in multiple positions. Results are documented and shared with the owner.
Pressure Testing
Cases that are resealed are pressure-tested prior to return. Water resistance ratings are not assumed — they are measured.
Manufacturer-Grade Lubricants
We use the correct lubricant type and viscosity for each point in the movement — not a single general-purpose oil applied everywhere.
Customer Data Privacy
Contact and watch information is held securely and used only to manage your service. We do not share or sell customer data to third parties.
Pre-Return Inspection
Every completed watch goes through a final visual and functional check before it is bagged, documented, and ready for collection.
Watch Repair in Ayutthaya — Craft Over Convenience
Mechanical watches are not commodities. Each caliber has its own service requirements, its own tolerances, and its own history of wear. A workshop that treats all movements the same way tends to return watches that run for a while and then revert — because the underlying condition was not properly addressed.
Wristforge focuses on doing fewer jobs well rather than moving watches through a queue. That means genuine disassembly on overhaul jobs, not a partial clean and re-oil. It means sourcing a correct replacement gasket rather than fitting the nearest available size. And it means telling a customer when a piece has a problem that falls outside what we can responsibly address, rather than charging for work that will not hold.
Ayutthaya has no shortage of general repair shops. What it did not have was a small workshop with a narrow focus, fixed pricing, and no interest in exaggerating what it can do. That is the space Wristforge set out to occupy — and the standard we intend to keep.
